Accredited/Insitutional Investor Declaration
By clicking the “Submit” button below, I confirm that I have read and understood the Terms & Conditions for this website and that I am an “Accredited Investor” (“AI”) or “Institutional Investor (“II”) as defined under the Securities and Futures Act 2001 of Singapore.
The criteria for AIs are:
Individual Accreditation
A least one of the following:
- Minimum income of S$300,000 in the last 12 months (or its equivalent in a foreign currency)
- At least S$2 million of net personal assets, of which the net value of your primary place of residence can only contribute up to S$1 million
- At least S$1 million value of Net Financial Assets (or its equivalent in a foreign currency)
Corporates/Trusts/Partnership/Other Entities
- Net Asset of Corporates exceed S$10 million (or its equivalent in foreign currency) or entire share capital of corporate owned by accredited investors
- Net Asset of Trust property exceed S$10 million (or its equivalent in foreign currency) or all beneficiaries are accredited investors or all settlors are accredited investors and retain investment management and revocation powers
- Partnership where all partners are accredited investors
- Other entities where Net Asset exceed S$10 million(or its equivalent in a foreign currency)
The criteria for IIs are :
- Singapore Government, Statutory Board, Entity owned by a Central Government to manage its own of other funds
- Central Bank or Government outside Singapore
- Multilateral Agency or International Organisation
- Bank licensed under the Banking Act, Merchant Bank licensed under the Banking Act, Finance Company licensed under the Finance Companies Act, Insurance company licensed under the Insurance Act, Capital Markets Services Licence Holder, Approved Exchange or Clearing House, Recognised Market Operator or Clearing House, Licensed or Foreign Trade Repository, Approved Holding Company, Depository under the Securities Futures Act
- Entity or Trust in foreign jurisdictions, Pension Fund or Collective Investment Scheme, Person dealing in bonds with AIs or IIs, or Other Persons prescribed as an II by the Monetary Authority of Singapore
